How Do I Get Rid of Cellulite?

This is a question that is asked frequently. First, there is no such thing as spot reducing . Most important to remember is that when trying to get rid of cellulite, exercise and diet (or healthy eating as I like to call it) are key.  It’s important to be consistent and vary your workouts. Switch up your cardio routines. They don’t necessarily have to last 30 or 40 minutes but should be productive as in cardio circuit training. You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym but as I stated in my previous newsletter, “Make Every Move Count”. 🙂 I hope you find this helpful. Stay “Forever Fit” 🙂
