Days 3 & 4 on the Cleanse

On Day 3 I couldn’t wait to have a Shake (it’s funny how we appreciate the little things in life).  I had a boiled egg before my first client (5:30 a.m.).  Went for a workout and then made a Shake (yummy).  I kept to my healthy snacks and then for lunch had baked chicken and veggies.  I felt great all day and had a Shake for dinner.

Day 4 has been pretty good so far.  I had my Shake for breakfast and healthy snacks.  I am looking forward to my lunch.  The biggest challenge for me today will be to get in a workout because of my busy day (meetings and clients) but I will make time for it before I go home tonight.  I will stick to my Shake for dinner.
