Day 5 on the Cleanse

Day 6

Okay, so far so good although this is my third Cleanse in 3 months, I’m somewhat used to what to expect. I had my 2 Shakes and a Meal.  It’s important to plan out your days while on the Cleanse that way you stay focused.

I knew that I had a Fitness meeting Friday night in which we were told we’d be working out, so I chose to have a shake in the morning, a healthy meal for lunch and a shake for dinner.  I felt great and was not hungry.  I had my healthy snacks in between my 2 shakes and a meal.  I’m keeping my eye on the prize. Stay tuned. 🙂
