My Hotel Workout

During my vacation, I found myself sleeping in a little late. I only had 20 minutes to do something productive so I asked myself, “do I waste time and go down to the gym or do I do something in my room?”  It was an easy decision.  I stayed in my room and put my heart rate monitor on.  Here is what I did in my pj’s:

1) Light stretching

2) Speed squats (30 seconds)

3) Walking lunges

4) Pushups (20)

5) Mountain climbers to burpees

Repeat circuit three times

6) Pilates ab exercises

7) Stretching

Total time: 20 minutes

Calories burned: 185
