What Is Your 30 Day Challenge???

Okay, we each have something we want to focus on, something that we’ve been thinking about or wanting to change. Now is the time to focus on it and make it happen. If your goal is to to get to the gym more than once a week or sign up for that outdoor small group training class :-), lose 4 lbs., or get into that summer dress, let’s be accountable to each other.

My goal is to increase my stamina and find time to get my workouts in for more than 30 minutes at a time. I will chart my steps every day for the next 30 days. I hope you will join me and do the same.



  1. Day 1 of my 30 Day Challenge: I got in a decent workout although a little tired being that I stayed up until 1:30 a.m. to finish my newsletter. I did the gauntlet for 20 minutes, worked legs (leg press, kettlebell lunges, single leg reaches or deadlifts with the kettlebells and monster walks with a band above my knees while holding a KB. I will go back at it again tomorrow. Will keep you posted. Stay focused!!! 🙂

  2. Jeana….I finally figured out what my 30 day challenge should be….it’s pretty simple…..drink more water!!! I think I am constantly thirsty but always snacking thinking I am hungry. tomorrow is a new day. I think I am behind on the 30 days thing but better late than never. Thanks for the inspiration 🙂
